Claim with Xpress I.T. is Easy, Just follow the following steps
to gain your Return Authorisation Number (RA Number) prior to
returning the faulty product to Xpress I.T. for claim under
warranty.
Step 1) Is this product a Xnet Pc or Generic White Box Pc?
Step 2) Is your product in the “Vendor Direct Replacement List” Below?
If Yes: Please contact the Vendor Directly for Warranty Repair/Replacement

Note – Some
of these Vendors may request that the faulty item be returned to
Xpress I.T. If this is the case please supply your Job or RA
number issued by the vendor when applying for an RA with Xpress
I.T. With out this Tracking number we can not proceed with any
claim. Many Manufacturers will troubleshoot items over-the-phone
prior to return. Any goods returned with out Vendor RA
number will be returned un-repaired.
Step 3) Submit your Xnet Parts Request for RA Number below
